I think Michelin inspectors were drunk when they awarded not 1, but 2 stars to Pujol. The food was below average and not from a Michelin star perspective but from an average restaurant. For the dessert, they served me a slice of Mango. If I wanted a mango I would go to a grocery store, buy one for $2-3 and not spend $250 USD on this shit of a restaurant. Out of 9 courses only 2 had some deliciousness and uniqueness to it. I ate better food at a taqueria and a bib gourmand restaurant. WHAT A SCAM!!!
